Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

This site is operated by Hyppo Digital ("Hyppo", "we", "us"), based in İzmir, Türkiye. Hyppo is the data controller under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). This policy explains what personal data we process through hyppodigital.com, why and on what legal basis, who we share it with, and your rights. Contact: support@hyppodigital.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company name, website URL, estimated ad budget, the services you are interested in, and your message.
  • Free tools (Website Score, Keyword Planner, Competitor Benchmark): the website URL, keyword or competitor URL you enter, and your email address; your company name if you request the detailed report. When the tool shows your result, this information is emailed to our team so we can follow up with you.

Collected only if you accept cookies:

  • Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager): the pages you visit, how you use the site, events such as tool use and form submissions, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Meta Pixel: events such as page views, tool use, contact button clicks and form submissions, browser information and IP address. We use this to measure the results of our ads and to show ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to people who have visited our site. We do not send the email address or other contact details you type into our forms to Meta.

Processed technically on every visit:

  • For the site to work securely, our hosting provider's servers keep logs such as IP address, browser information and access time.
  • The site's font (Manrope) is loaded from Google Fonts servers, which passes your IP address to Google.
  • The URL or keyword you enter into our tools is sent to Google services (PageSpeed Insights, Google search suggestions) to generate the result. Your email address is not sent to these services.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering your request and preparing the analysis or proposal you asked for: necessity for entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
  • Measuring site use and tracking the results of our ads (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel): your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). If you don't consent, these tools are never loaded.
  • Site security and our legal obligations: legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).

We never add you to a marketing list without your consent, and we never sell your data.

4. Sharing your data

We share your data only with the following service providers, and only for the purposes above:

  • Hostinger: website hosting and email (form and tool notifications).
  • Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC): Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Fonts, PageSpeed Insights.
  • Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc.): Meta Pixel.

These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye. Transfers through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are based on the explicit consent you give in the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time. If you become a client, sharing with the ad and analytics platforms that run your campaigns happens under our signed contract. We may also share information where competent authorities lawfully require it.

5. How long we keep it

  • Information from forms and tools is kept for up to 2 years after your request is closed; if you become a client, for the term of the contract and any legally required retention period.
  • Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our analytics settings (up to 14 months).
  • Cookie lifetimes are listed in our Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request deletion or destruction under the conditions in KVKK; request that these actions be notified to third parties it was transferred to; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request to support@hyppodigital.com. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

7. Withdrawing cookie consent

You can change your cookie choice at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are no longer loaded and their cookies are deleted from your browser. See our Cookie Policy for details.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep your information safe. No system is 100% secure, but we don't treat that as an excuse for carelessness.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make a meaningful change to how we process your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
