By using hyppodigital.com, you agree to the terms below. They cover the website itself — not any paid engagement, which is governed by its own signed agreement or statement of work.

2. Using this site

This site is here to inform you about Hyppo and let you get in touch. Please don't scrape it, attack it, or use it in any way that could damage it or other visitors' experience of it.

3. Forms & enquiries

Submitting the Contact Us or Free Website Analysis form starts a conversation — it doesn't create a contract or any obligation on either side. Figures like "1–24 hours" are our usual response time, not a guarantee.

4. Client engagements

Actual marketing work — strategy, creative, media spend, reporting — is scoped and governed by a separate signed agreement with its own terms, pricing and deliverables. Nothing on this website constitutes that agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The Hyppo name, logo, mascot and the content of this site belong to Hyppo Digital Growth Agency LLC. Please don't reproduce, redistribute or repurpose them without asking us first — we're generally easy to reach and reasonable to talk to.

6. No guaranteed results

Case-study figures (ROAS, conversion lifts, traffic growth) reflect real historical client results under specific conditions — they describe what happened, not a promise of what will happen for you. Marketing performance depends on factors outside any agency's control.

7. Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Hyppo isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from use of this website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of İzmir, Türkiye.
